Playaz Ball

The Spud, Inc. Playaz Ball is part Boogie Nights Disco ball, and part insane training tool. Made just for fun, it turned into a unique training tool that can be used for close grip triceps simulating a French press, to rotational work , biceps training , back, and finally, GRIP WORK.  The finger grip work will amaze even the biggest banana hands.

The ball provides interesting and very "unique" training compared to what you are probably used to, but as anything made by Spud Inc., the imagination is wide open to however you can use it.
