Inspired by Spud, Inc.'s cable handles, the Dynamite Sticks can be used as a single handle or duel handles for pushdowns, curls, or converted into cable handles for flys or pulldowns.

Extremely compact, they're easy to toss into your gym bag to add huge value to you workout.
