Perfect for a home gym setup, the Econo Triceps and Lat Pulley Systme can be used for dozens of exercises targeting the triceps, back, and abs. Utilize the full range of motion of  a lat pulldown machine or triceps cable stand without breaking the bank, or eating up too much space.

Inexpensive, small-footprint design attaches to any 6'-7' rack (extensions available for taller racks) and can be readily stowed when not in use.
