Prowlers and wheelbarrows have been standard in conditioning and strength training for years, but they can get a little too bulky to fit in your garage. So, we came up with an alternative.

The Spud Inc. Plow turns your sled into a wheelbarrow-Prowler hybrid that will punish even the most conditioned of athletes. The Plow attaches to any sled and uses two barbells as handles to enable athletes to perform forward pushes, rows, football sled pushes and more.
