Stump Straps

The Spud, Inc. Stump Straps help you load weight in new and powerful ways. We use them to hang weight from a straight bar for squats, cleans, presses, curls and any number of different exercises.

Add chains to your workout by looping the straps around any straight bar. Perform squats, presses, cleans, and curls with some accommodating resistance to target your weak points and build up your stabilizers.
