Aluminum sleeves are crimped with a swage tool to create a permanent joint in a wire rope assembly. Aluminum should not be used in marine environments or with stainless steel cable. Also called compression sleeves, these ferrules provide quick and secure cable splices.

Also available in copper, copper zinc, and stainless steel (special order only)
CAUTION: Return eye slings using aluminum duplex type crimping sleeves must be properly swaged to obtain strength. Always use the proper swaging tool. Inspect tools regularly.
