Big Ray Strap

If you already enjoy the feeling of traction while hanging, than you will love the Big Ray strap. Attaching easily to any rack or pull up bar, the Spud, Inc. Big Ray Strap is a powerful tool for combating lower back and hip pain. Used pre or post workout, hanging upside down in the strap provides traction that stretches hard to reach areas of the lower back, and establishes advantageous position form which to develop hip mobility.

Named for renowned 1,000lb raw squatter Big Ray Williams who was fond of hanging upside-down on bands stretched so thin he was practically touching the floor. As it takes a lot to support big guys like him, Spud, Inc. decided to come up with a solution.
