Cold War Puller (Ukrainian DL Rig)

Spud, Inc.'s Ukrainian deadlift rig offers a new way to do an old exercise. It's designed to be home-gym friendly with an extra long loading strap - featuring attachment points at 12" and 20" to either stack weights to the ceiling, or pull from a lower position.

Also comes with a 20" straight bar handle with rotating center attachment point to offer additional versatility (and difficulty). Use with plyo boxes, bumpers, or blocks to assist in the workout.
